Consulting Fee
Fee for consultations on tax matters or assistance with small business startup: $150.00 per hour.

Income Tax Preparation
Individual Tax return Standard Fee starts at $190.00. NOTE: additional fee of $150.00 per hour will be charged if filing a return after the normal filing due date (including extension).

IRS Issues, Complex Tax Matters, Past Due Taxes
If you are receiving IRS letters, have multiple years to file, or simply need assistance in working with the IRS then contact us. We can assist you in all IRS Tax Matters.
The initial fee is a non-refundable fee that includes form 2848 Power of Attorney and contact with the IRS to research and determine the status of your issue.
Once we have determined the extent of your needs there will be a retainer of $400.00 so assist you in resolving your IRS issue. The retainer will be applied to an hourly rate of $150.00 and to individual form fees which vary per form. You will be notified in advance if your issue cannot be resolved before the retainer is exhausted. Any retainer amount that has not been applied to your IRS issue will be refunded to you promptly.- $

In-Client Bookkeeping Set Up
For a small business who we prepare the income tax return, we offer bookkeeping set up bookkeeping system for you to start your business. The sett up is $800 onetime fee. If you would like us to continue your bookkeeping business, it will be charged at $75/hour rate. Please contact office for details and availabilities.- $

Payroll Service
We provide payroll service to our clients who we file the income tax return. Payroll service is charged at $150.00/month. We bill every quarter. Payroll service fee also includes federal and state employments quarterly reports plus year-end employees' W2 forms.
